The accommodation "Terrace with a view" is located in a small residential complex on the outskirts of the beautiful city of San Sebastian, the historical center of Gomera. The building sits amongst other houses in a cul-de-sac on a green hillside facing inland, away from the noise of the city below. The view from the terrace offers a beautiful view of the port of San Sebastian
This residential building with its eight apartments in total is located in the Galanas district in San Sebastian, a 15-minute downhill walk takes you to the city center with a few supermarkets, the main bus station, our city beach, restaurants and numerous shops.
A bus runs four times a day from the large supermarket. The apartment is also easily accessible by car or on foot. The entire building is owned by one owner, which makes the apartments ideal for large groups who want to stay together and still enjoy the privacy of their own apartment.
The living/dining area
The kitchen and the living and dining room are in one, open and airy space. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed that can be used as a single bed if required, a chest of drawers and a dining table for 4 people. WiFi is available free of charge.
Bedroom and Bathroom
The master bedroom has two single beds, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a bedside table. The existing windows let in the fresh sea air. The apartment has a bathroom with bath/shower, sink, mirror, bidet and toilet.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen has a solid basic equipment including a small 2-ring electric stove, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, kitchen utensils, pots and pans. It is also equipped with a large fridge/freezer and numerous cupboards. So ideal for self-catering. A washing machine is also part of the equipment.
