These accommodations are located in a small and private residential complex, about 15 minutes walk from the city center. Located on a green hill and in a cul-de-sac, the apartment "Balcony with a view" presented here offers space for up to four people. You live away from the hustle and bustle and you also have a wonderful view of the city below and the highest mountain in Tenerife - the Teide.

This accommodation has a small balcony with morning sun - the perfect place to daydream, bird watch, read, relax, dine or just relax. A table and chairs are also included. From the balcony you have a total overview of the diversity of the island with its rough rocks, green slopes, colorful buildings and the expanse of the ocean.

The living/dining area

The kitchen and living/dining room of this apartment are in the same open and airy space. A door leads you directly onto the balcony. The living area is comfortably furnished with an additional sofa bed, which can be used as a single bed if required, a chest of drawers and a dining table for 4 people. WiFi is available throughout the property free of charge.

Bedrooms and Bathroom

The master bedroom has two comfortable single beds, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a bedside table. The existing windows let in the fresh sea air. The second bedroom has a single bed, a built-in wardrobe and a bedside table. The apartment also has a bathroom with bath/shower, sink, mirror, bidet and toilet.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen has a solid basic equipment, including a small 2 ring electric stove, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, kitchen utensils, pots and pans. It is also equipped with a large fridge/freezer and numerous cupboards. So ideal for self-catering. A washing machine is also part of the equipment.
