The Apartments "Calvario" offer modern, luxury accommodation in the alternative destination of San Sebastian on the Island of La Gomera, a town almost untouched by tourism. The city center, a supermarket, bus stops, beaches, restaurants and shops are within short walking distance. The two apartments Calvario 3A and 3B share the main entrance in the same building. Larger groups or two families traveling together can rent both apartments together and use them as one.
From the street, wide stairs lead you to the main entrance on the side of the building. The street offers plenty of parking space if you are arriving by rental car.
The highlight of the apartments are the large terraces, which face south-east - so early risers can enjoy the sunrise over Tenerife and sun worshipers can enjoy the sunshine until late in the afternoon. Attractive wooden canopies provide shade in summer. On warm evenings, guests can dine outside on the terrace, where there is a table and chairs. Sun loungers are also available.
All rooms have windows and ceiling fans, making the accommodation very light and airy.
The living area
We want to offer you comfort and a homely feeling while still conveying the true island feeling. Tastefully decorated in warm Canarian tones, the living room has very comfortable furniture including two large sofas. One of these is a sofa bed should an extra bed be required. In this case, the door to the living room can be closed for more privacy. The patio door leads onto the terrace and lets in the ocean breezes. A staircase leads from this terrace to the upper floor, the roof terrace. The small bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on this large roof terrace.
Bedroom and bathroom
The apartment has a large bathroom with a bath/shower combination, sink, mirror, toilet and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 is on the main level and has a double bed, spacious closet, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a ceiling fan for those warm summer nights.
Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, armchair, mirror and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 is upstairs and has a small double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, mirror and ceiling fan.
The two floors create privacy and at the same time a feeling of togetherness. The perfect accommodation for families with older children. The only access to the upper floor, the roof terrace, is from this apartment. This area is therefore also safe for children.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen has everything a self-caterer needs to prepare meals. It has a large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and a table and chairs for up to 6 people.
